Mariya George is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of cleareye.ai.
Before starting cleareye.ai, Mariya was the Head of Banking and Insurance at UST Global. She was responsible for the industry group’s overall vision, strategy and investment priorities, developing the network of alliance partners and an aggressive revenue growth goal of 70%. She was also responsible for the global P&L, sales, business development, consulting, client relationship management and technology execution.
Prior to this, Mariya was the Business Head for East and Midwest market in North America. She led the global sales organization across North America and primary markets in Asia (India, China), and built a team to lead and manage new Fortune 500 customer acquisitions and doubled her portfolio.
She developed a two-year strategic plan that migrated from a transaction-based sale to a relationship-based sale and reduced new customer acquisition time by 75%. She also designed and implemented a sales cluster model that delivered 50% top line sales growth year over year.
From 2010 to 2015, she worked with the Innovation, Services & Enterprise Solutions leadership on large-scale innovation and digital transformation efforts at UST Global. She implemented the federated innovation model and crafted the go-to-market strategy and execution plan to position the organization as the innovation partner for multiple Fortune 100 customers.
Before that she spent 10 years leading multiple consulting engagements with a focus on bridging business demand and technology solutions.
Mariya has a degree in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science & Technology, India. She is passionate about finding and building talent, especially women in technology with strong entrepreneurial skills. She is based in New York.

Sarath Sasikumar is the Co-Founder & President of cleareye.ai. In this role Sarath is responsible for the company’s ecosystem strategy, global operations, talent management & other business enablement functions. His is also the Chief Value Mentor, evangelizing a “Values & Culture First” mindset across the company.
Prior to founding cleareye.ai, Sarath served as the Head of Operations, Global Technology Services Group (TSG) at UST Global, an American multinational provider of digital services where he was responsible for service demand and new service creation efforts.
Prior to this role, Sarath led a team of Global Business Integrators, a special task force working directly for the CEO’s Office. Sarath and his team managed multiple strategic programs across the globe. His personal focus was on operationalizing a Global New Business Group which later became the elite group responsible for delivering sales growth, net new Fortune 500 customer acquisitions and the #1 distribution channel for its Products & Platforms division.
Sarath has vast experience managing large and complex programs, both in engineering and in business, spanning multiple teams, geographies and varying degrees of uncertainties.
Before getting Inducted as the leader for the Global Business Integrators group, Sarath helped build a Global Partnerships & Alliances Group for UST Global.
He has also held engineering and pre-sales leadership roles with various Silicon Valley startups.
Sarath graduated with an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication, Mahatma Gandhi University, India. He is based in Orange County, CA, where he lives with his wife and his daughter.

Experience in heading Product engineering teams, defining enterprise applications architecture, leading technology governance, consultative/technical solution crafting and proposals. Passionate about motivating teams to bring innovation and build scalable products that customers love. Have consistent track record of delivering business results and successful products that involve multiple cross-functional teams.
Prior to Cleareye at UST Global, as Director of Innovation Engineering team , laid the core foundation of Product Development organization. Led engineering teams to build platforms using AI and Machine Learning to bring Operational efficiency in business process across domains. Responsible for defining and promoting strong cultural values and build a world class engineering organization.
Chandra is a certified Enterprise Architect and holds a Master’s in Physics from the University of Kerala and M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from IIIT.

With a proven track record of leading high-impact transformation programs and customer experience initiatives, Denise has built and led operations teams, managed complex portfolios, and consistently delivered measurable business improvements. She brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and customer-focused leadership to Cleareye.ai.
Denise holds an MBA and numerous certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Product Ownership, and digital leadership. She is known for combining data-driven strategies with empathetic leadership to deliver performance, foster innovation, and create long-term client partnerships.

Christoffer Eriksson is Senior Vice President, Sales for North America and Europe.
His preceding role encompassed leading sales, go-to-market, and strategic partnerships at Brace Technology Inc., culminating in a successful acquisition by Stavvy. Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Banking at nCino, contributing before, during, and after the successful IPO in July 2020.
Chris began his career in financial services at RBS and Citizens Bank, specializing in FX and derivatives. He subsequently spent 13 years within Citi’s Institutional Group, taking on executive leadership roles in the FX and Local Markets (FXLM) business in New York and London. With an extensive career spanning over 20 years, Chris has forged a remarkable track record of delivering innovative solutions to financial institutions globally, with deep experience in sales and revenue operations.
His expertise is multifaceted, ranging from risk management and cross-border transactions to strategic SaaS sales, organisational change, and transformational programs. Chris holds an Executive MBA in Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics and a B.S. in International Business from Green Mountain College in VT.
Currently, Chris resides near Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, alongside his wife and three children.

Matthew Culler is the Head of Finance (and Acting CFO) of cleareye.ai. In this role, Matthew is the Head of Finance responsible for the company’s financial and accounting strategy, operations, and reporting.
Before joining cleareye.ai, Matthew was the Vice President of Finance (and Acting CFO) at Somnoware Healthcare Systems Inc. He was responsible for the company’s financial and accounting functions supporting sustained 50%+ annual revenue growth. Matthew also served as the Company’s financial lead through a dual track fundraising/M&A process that resuled in the sale of the company to ResMed Inc. (NYSE: RMD) in 2023.
Before Somnoware, Matthew has been the Head of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, or Vice President of Finance (and Acting CFO) for multiple innovative, venture-backed (seed-Series B) businesses. Matthew’s focus is on transformative transactions, strategic guidance, fundraising/investor relations, accounting and corporate process/systems improvement, cash/treasury management, financial reporting/budgeting, and exiting in demanding environments with ambitious targets.
Prior to his Head of Finance work, Matthew was a venture capitalist and private equity placements investment banker for Bank of America in New York.

Shon Joseph is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services and fintech, building and scaling large-scale platforms for global investment banks and growth-stage fintechs.
He has led the design and development of enterprise-grade systems across lending, credit, and data platforms, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Earlier in his career, he worked on large-scale systems for Goldman Sachs in the United States, supporting sales, operations, and reference data functions.
Shon previously served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Loan Frame Group, where he led technology from inception and built multiple fintech platforms, including a lending marketplace, white-label lending systems used by banks and NBFCs, and trade credit solutions.
He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and is currently based out of Trivandrum. He enjoys working at the intersection of technology and business, building systems that simplify complex financial processes and scale over time. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring local cuisines.

With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Jithesh has led the delivery for clients spread across multiple geographies primarily in Banking and Financial Services domain. He has provided strategic leadership in Project, Program and Product delivery for application management services, legacy modernization, digital transformation initiatives and product implementations.
Prior to Cleareye, Jithesh worked with Aditya Birla, iGate, Collabera, Ness, Nous and Virtusa in various onshore and offshore roles. He comes with a multicultural acumen, effectively managed delivery across the globe for both product and services, driven delivery excellence by fostering a culture of agility and innovation in teams.
In the leadership role, he has worked with many Fortune clients in Banking and Financial services, championed for delivery maturity, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and people excellence.

Anar brings over 23 years of enterprise software sales experience in banking and financial institutions across 47 countries. His career spans senior regional sales leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and Finastra, with proven track record across Midle East, Turkey, CIS, Eastern Europe, and South Asia.
Prior to Cleareye.ai, Anar spent 10 years at CR2, a global provider of digital banking and payments solutions, as Regional Sales Director for the Middle East, CIS, and Eastern Europe, developing deep relationships with C-level banking executives.
Anar excels at executing complex enterprise sales cycles, connecting with C-level executives, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities across diverse regions.
Anar holds a Computer Science degree from Yarmouk University, Jordan (2001) and is pursuing his MBA in International Business from IU International University of Applied Sciences of Berlin at his own pace.

Manish Nair is a seasoned HR and Operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving people strategy, change management, and operational excellence in software product organizations. He brings deep expertise in building strong organizational cultures, enabling digital HR transformation, and leading high-impact people initiatives.
Over the years, Manish has headed HR and Operations functions at Armia Systems Inc., Sigma Micro Inc, and most recently at Somnoware Healthcare Systems, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization and guiding it through a successful acquisition by ResMed. He has also led HR due diligence, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts, with a strong focus on aligning people strategy to business outcomes.
Manish also took the bold step into entrepreneurship with a retail venture—an experience that reflects his willingness to explore, learn, and lead outside his comfort zone.
Originally from Kolkata and now based in Trivandrum, Manish holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from ICFAI and a bachelor’s degree in Sinology from Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan. Transitioning into technology leadership, Sachin has led large-scale digitization and modernization programs for major Indian and multinational banks across India, the Middle East, Africa, North America, and APAC. His expertise encompasses AI-led product innovation, presales enablement, workflow digitization, compliance-driven solution architecture, and delivery excellence, helping institutions transform their Trade Finance, SCF, and Payment Hub ecosystems.

Prior to Cleareye Mukesh worked with Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays Bank PLC delivering innovative change ranging from Imaging and Workflow, Global Trade Platform upgrades, Swift Regulatory changes and more recently delivering SaaS solutions to support the adoption of the Electronic Trade Documents Act and developing Digital Undertakings journeys within Lloyds Banking Group.
With a Trade Undertakings operational background and experience in varying change methodologies this has enabled Mukesh to deliver change at pace within business functions.
He holds a BA Honours degree in Economics from Staffordshire University, Certificate in International Trade & Finance and currently resides in Birmingham, West Midlands.

Mithun is the Head of Trade Finance Products (ClearTrade™) and is responsible for Go-to-Market for Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa regions at Cleareye.ai.
With over 20 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Mithun brings deep expertise and business acumen to the field of Trade Finance Operations and Compliance. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at leading regional and global banks, including ABN AMRO, Natwest Plc, ANZ Banking Group, and MUFG, India and Singapore.
Mithun has a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance through automation and process-reengineering for banks and corporates alike. He has also played a crucial role in driving regulatory projects in Trade Finance, particularly in Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) for many of these financial institutions at global scale.
Mithun holds a degree in Engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IFMR Graduate School of Business. He lives in India with his family.

James Fraser is the Global Head of Trade & Working Capital (T&WC), forming part of the J.P. Morgan Payments franchise. James is responsible for delivering TWC’s overall growth strategy, overseeing origination, portfolio & distribution, middle office and client experience teams. James is also in charge of managing TWC’s product development, including the innovation and digital platform agenda, across both Core and Structured Solutions, in service of our clients. Prior to his current role James led the T&WC Structured Solutions business, driving product expansion and strategic partnerships that delivered industry-leading growth in market share.
James joined J.P. Morgan from Citigroup in 2019 where he spent 14 years serving in a variety of roles. Most notably, James served as Managing Director, as Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) North American Head and Global Head of TTS Trade Finance Risk. As Global CRO for TTS Trade, James was responsible for all material transaction approvals and oversight of the product risk governance framework. As a member of the Global Trade Executive Committee, he was a key contributor for the execution of strategic product expansion.

Sajan Pillai is the general partner of Season Two Ventures, after working for years as CEO of UST Global. Sajan led the company’s global business operations through its centers in the US, the UK, Spain, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Mexico, Australia, Poland and Israel. His leadership saw UST Global grow significantly.
He led the company’s founding team in 1999. The company has grown from 20 employees to more than 25,000 employees today. Sajan has held several senior management positions in the software industry. He also architected and managed large software systems for MCI Telecommunications, US.
In addition to his work at UST, Sajan has recently founded SP Life, a company revolutionizing senior care and living in India.

Ganesh Ravi Pillai is Member of the Board of cleareye.ai. He is currently the Executive Director of RP Group of Companies, a diversified business conglomerate having more than 120,000 employees with interest in construction and infrastructure, real estate development, hotels and hospitality, healthcare and wellness, education, information technology, trading and retail.
RP Group is founded and headed by his father, Dr. Ravi Pillai, and it’s construction and infrastructure division represents one of the largest Oil & Gas Industrial Contracting companies in the world. After a 4 year stint in banking, mainly at Citibank, N.A. in the Banking & nvestments function, Ganesh went on to pursue MBA from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain, in 2013. He joined the family business in January 2015 as Group Vice President.
Ganesh currently oversees the strategic direction and expansion of the group’s presence globally. Since joining RP Group, he has implemented resource planning systems and helped the business move into real estate, education and technology. Ganesh led one of the group companies in Dubai to enter Guinness World Records for completing the largest continuous concrete pour in the world. Ganesh also featured in Forbes as amongst the Top Next Generation Business Leaders in the Arab World. Ganesh is spearheading RP Group’s strategy to reinforce its position as a leading, diversified business group with global presence.

Sean Manahan is Advisor to the Board of Cleareye.ai. He is currently serving as the Global Head of Technology Business Development at Morgan Stanley. In his stint of nearly 12 years with Morgan Stanley, Sean has played multiple roles.
Prior to this, Sean was the Vice President at Credit Suisse. He held a variety of positions across engineering, operations, service & delivery management and product management in Credit Suisse.

Christian Rasmussen is Advisor to the Board of Cleareye.ai. Christian Rasmussen joined UBS from Paine Webber as member of the Mortgage Funding Group in 2000, where he was instrumental in helping to integrate the Mortgage funding business into the UBS Cash Collateral Trading model. In 2005 he created and led the overnight funding team in trading Treasury, Agency & MBS collateral, as well as managed the US GC matchbooks. In 2010 Christian took on the role of Head of USD Short Securities Collateral trading, which included short term rates cash, repo, swaps & futures product. After transitioning the repo business into Group Treasury, within the Asset and Liability division in 2012, Christian was asked to assume the role of Head of Treasury ALM Repo Americas, as well as becoming the deputy Global Head of Treasury ALM Repo. His team focused on the daily financing of fixed income products, as well as managing an asset portfolio of non-traditional securities. In March of 2015 Christian assumed the role of Global Co-Head of GALM Repo. In this role Christian had ownership of the Global secured funding fixed income business across UBS. In October of 2015 GALM reorganized its approach to Cash and Collateral and created a new structure called Cash and Collateral Resource Management (CCRM). During this restructuring, Christian assumed the role of Global Head of Liability Creation, Structuring and Flow management (LCSFM) and CCRM Regional Head of the America’s. In January 2019 Group Treasury and GALM reformed and deployed a more regional approach to its structure. Christian assumed his current role of Head of Treasury America’s Assets and Liabilities. Christian has been a leading member in driving the enhanced regulatory standards for UBS Americas. He is currently the business lead for LIBOR transition in the America’s, as well as sitting on the ARRC Market Structure and Paced Transition working group.
